  • The Century

    We will be closed for business redevelopment. Follow the Holland Hotel on social channels for updates on when The Century will return.

    Till then, check out all there is available to eat & drink in Alpine.

  • Front Desk & Hotel

    The Front Desk is open 7am-7pm. For assistance outside of this time please text (432) 837-2800.

  • Pool

    All hotel guests have complimentary access to the outdoor pool at our sister property, The Maverick Inn. No glass is allowed in the pool area and it is not heated.

  • In-Room Amenities

    Complimentary Wi-Fi, hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, and two bottles of water are included as overnight hotel guests.

    We do not have phones in the rooms. To contact us please text the hotel directly or call 9-1-1 for emergencies.

  • Check-In / Check-Out

    Check-in time begins at 3pm. Check-out is at or before 11am. If you would like more time on the day of your departure, please contact us the night before so we can determine if we can accommodate your request. Unauthorized late check out of 12pm will result in a $50 fee. A second night’s stay will be added on after 12:30pm.

  • Credit Cards

    Guests must pay for reservation in full seven days prior to arrival. After that seven day mark the room is non-refundable. Some community event dates and holidays may reflect a 14-day mark. At this time we do not have any other authorizations for the guest upon check-in.

  • Property Damage

    Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests may be charged for, or charged cleaning fees for, damaged, destroyed or excessively soiled towels, linens and other soft goods. For full property reservations and in other situations under management’s discretion, a damage and security deposit will be required.

  • Accessibility

    There is a single elevator located in the lobby across from the front desk. Emergency outdoor stars are located in the parking lot on the West side of the building. However, due to our property’s age we have NO ADA compliant rooms.

  • Minimum Age

    Guests 21-years or older may book rooms at the Holland Hotel. A valid, government-issued ID is required at check-in.

  • Parking

    Please make use of the lot on the West side of the building, underneath the small Holland Hotel mural. Street parking is also available throughout Alpine.

  • Parties, Events & Gatherings

    Per TABC regulations, no outside alcohol is permitted on to the property. This includes the Courtyard, bar, and all exterior hotel and bar grounds; if you are found in violation of this policy, you may be asked to leave the property and no refunds will be issued. No coolers or outside food allowed in any public areas.

  • Quiet Hours

    Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. No groups congregating during quiet hours on property; please reduce noise levels and close doors quietly.

  • Pets

    All pets must be registered upon arrival and kept on a leash when outside of hotel room. All pet waste must be picked up immediately. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at any time, nor are they permitted in indoor places that serve food, with the exception of registered service animals. Should a pet display aggression or another guest complain to management about a pet's behavior it is solely at the management's discretion whether the pet be removed from the property. The Holland Hotel assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for the actions of any animal resulting in injury or damages. The Holland Hotel offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. Pet fees are $30 per stay. Pet-friendly reservations can only be made by phone.

  • Smoking

    The Holland Hotel is a Non-Smoking Property. Please smoke in designated outdoor areas only. No Smoking in rooms or balconies. Please note that a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-designated areas per incident.
